产品说明：
墙面加固剂是采用优质特种丙烯合成乳液生产的专用于混凝土表面系统基层处理的高分子聚合物界面处理剂,外观为乳白色胶液。优异的耐碱渗透性,能充分浸润墙面基层,使基材密实,提高光滑基层界面附着力。粘结强度高,保证水泥基面牢固可靠,提高腻子或抹灰砂浆与墙面基层的粘结强度。有效防止基面空鼓、开裂,提高施工质量。
Wall strengthening agent is a high molecular polymer interface treating agent which is produced by the use of high quality special propylene synthetic emulsion, which is specially designed for the concrete surface system.Excellent alkali permeability, can fully infiltrate the wall base, make the base material dense,improve the interface adhesion of smooth base. The bonding strength is high, which ensures that the cement base surface is firm and reliable,and improves the bonding strength between putty or plastering mortar and the wall base.Effective prevention of foundation surface hollowing and cracking, improve the quality of construction.

适用范围：
本产品适用于混凝土,加气混凝土和砖混墙面批刮腻子或抹灰前基层的界面处理;适用于在墙面基层进行人工“造毛”,即造水泥拉毛;适用于粘贴墙布、墙纸和纸制品。
This product is suitable for the interface treatment of base course before batch scraping putty orplastering of concrete, aerated concrete and brick-concrete wall surface; for artificial "wool making" ofbase course of wall surface, i.e. cement wool making; for adhering wall cloth,wallpaper and paperproducts.
施工工艺：
1.基层界面处理:清除基层表面油渍浮尘与疏松的部位。
2.用清水提前将地面进行润湿到潮湿无明水。
3.将墙固兑0-100%倍的水进行稀释用滚筒或毛刷均匀的滚刷在处理部位1至2遍,约3-4小时涂层干透后即可开始铺贴瓷砖、地板、自流平等。
4.凿毛处理:用水泥和墙固均匀搅拌成浆糊状,用滚筒或抹刀均匀涂抹在基层上,达到增强基层粗糙度,增加水泥砂浆对基层的粘结力。
1.Grass-roots interface treatment: remove oil-stained floating dust and loose parts on the grass-rootssurface.
2.Wet the ground in advance with clear water until there is no clear water.
3. Dilute the wall with 0-100% water and apply the roller or brush uniformly to the treatment area 1 to 2times.After 3-4 hours of coating drying, tiles, floors and self-flow can be laid equally.
4. Grooming treatment mix cement and wall to paste evenly, apply drum or spatula evenly on the baseto enhance the roughness of the base and increase the bonding force of cement mortar to the base.
消耗漆量：
理论上,1公斤可以涂布12平方米左右(一遍)。实际用量因施工中多种因素影响的不同而不同。
In theory, a kilogram can be coated about 12 square meters (once). The actual dosage varies with thinfluence of various factors in construction.
储存环境：
储存在0-43℃的干燥环境中,保质期为1年,高湿度环境会缩短保质期。
Stored in a dry environment of 0 - 43 ℃, the shelf life is 1 year, and the shelf life will be shortened inhigh humidity environment.
